Micros 3700 Server "Start Res" fails

I have a MICROS 3700 v4.11 that has a strange problem on the server. Micros has a nice feature that allows you to run OPS on the server. This really helps out when making Touchscreen Changes. When I click on the "Start Res" icon, the system looks like it begins the ops start up process and then disappears. Trying to relaunch does the same. This always worked and one day just stopped functioning. Its a real pain to have to go find a workstation to see your changes. Does anyone have any idea what it could be or some troubleshooting steps. I'm stumped.

Already have previously used the RES application on this server ?

If so , the first thing that would revise the MDSHosts.xml file located in Drive:\Micros\Res\POS\ETC

and verify that the server IP is correct.

The second thing is that this would verify properly configured in the micros Control panel in the "devices" tab in the button "User Workstation

I think you mean the MDSHosts.xml that is in the Micros\Common\Etc file. Everything looks configured correctly. Like I said this DID work at one time, Not sure what has changed. No other problem with the server at all or operations on the terminals.

Already you verified the record 3700d.log

This file is in the same location mentioned . RES When I run , I get this log :
