Micros 3700 / server clock out

How do I restrict so the employees cant clock-out/check out if they have an open check in the system.
Using MICROS 3700

POS Configurator

Employees Tab --> Employee Classes --> Clock In/Sign In tab

Third option down in left column should be "Clock Out with Open Checks"

Be sure this is UN-checked for those employees you do not want to clock out

one more question ....how do servers repeat an item from an existing check as in aloha they would just highlight the item and order ....many thx in advance

If I am understanding you, order Beer, come back later, pick up check, touch beer and reorder, no?

the guests re-orders another martini , in aloha they would just highlight the item on the current ck and hit send instead of going to the cocktail category and re-ordering

If you do not have a touch repeat key set up on the screen you may need to manually add one. Have you ever set up a touch screen key before?
