Micros 3700 RVC Report Will Not Print

At the end of the day, staff will run an RVC Report from the workstation which prints out on the small printer attached to the workstation. Just the other day, it stopped printing. Everything else prints, just not the RVC report.

To my knowledge no setting have changed in the micros server. I looked in the log file and it shows the following when attempting to print the RVC report.

GetPrinterDescriptionData(): No registry printer config available for DTEN [128] |
Sat Mar 26 12:11:07 2022 | PCWS06 | PrintControllerCE | 0 | Submit: XML no local printer config |

Any thought of what might be causing this?

Same issue on 5.7. Just started yesterday. Rebooting doesn't help. Happening on WS5 and WS6.

Last time i saw something like that it was a windows update on the workstation did it. If you can test and restore a machine to before the last updates if they applied. Then skip that update

The server did not update. We have two revenue centers on the property and the other revenue center will run the reports from the workstation just fine. So, it seems to be isolated to that one workstation.

We rebooted the server and now it works.
