A friend suggested I join this forum to seek help in using a MICROS 3700 RES POS for my bar. I basically would like good video tutorials on how to effectively use the POS or a good manual.
Particularly, in the areas of:
Re Opening a close check
Adjusting or adding a tip when the check has been closed
Transferring a check to another server or from an afternoon shift to an evening shift
Applying discounts to a check
Applying Comps to a check (for one or multiple items or entire check)
Applying voids
