Micros 3700 RES 4.9 KDS

I have a customer who we are installing KDS for. Every store is on a different version of RES. The location that is on 4.9 is having an issue where for example, they use timing, someone at a table orders a well done burger (9 mins). The other person at the table just orders a bowl of soup (3 minutes). Instead of the soup going to the bottom, its following the burger and is throwing off the kitchen during busy times. None of the other locations seem to be having the same issue. Just wanted to know if anyone had seen this or knew of a fix before I tell the customer that is a bug.

Also does anyone know how to program the recipe with picture of plate presentation for KDS as well?
