Micros 3700 Res 4.11

Hey guys, having some troubles with server's sales rolling over. My sales are reset at the start of the day but for some reason server's sales roll over to the next business day. Have had this issue come up once a month and usually a couple of restarts get it sorted but seems to not be fixed this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

End of day before open next day manually increment all employee shifts.
Look in log for an autoseqence that's getting stuck.

Hey I switched the micros to off and then FOH and seemed to have done the trick this time, could you tell me how to manually do an EOD? Log seems to be empty
