Micros 3700 Res 4.0 Password changed by Rogue employee.

One of our employees decided to lock us out. Now we cant login using user name/password. I turned off advanced security and no one knows the Micros Security ID number. Because the employee took the notes pages out of the manual we had. Please help ASAP.
