Micros 3700 Required Condiments Not Prompting On One Workstaion 1

I have four workstations and all but one of them prompt for a required condiment on liquor drinks. The workstation that doesn't prompt is behind the bar where I need it most. For example on WS2 order Jameson and it prompts to required condiments: shot, rocks, neat, up. All with different charges. Order the same on WS1,3 & 4 and it immediately prompts to said required condiments screen. How do I get WS2 to prompt just like all the other WS?

On your condiments, you probably have masking turned on.

In POS Configurator, go to Sales -> Condiments, find the condiment group that isn't prompting, and on the right hand side where it says Required Condiment Masking make sure it is disabled for all four tabs.
