Micros 3700 (reprint close checks terminal freeze)

Hello:

IN all terminals, when I reopen a close check and try to reprint it, the terminal freeze to death. I try it in all 6 terminals and happend the same. I check in POS configurator and the reprint check mark on employee class is on. Any help.

Does it also do this when you try it from your back office server when you run ops? Has it always done this or is it just recent?
