Micros 3700 reporting dates

I'm having and issue with the daily sales reports on my Micros 3700 system. It has started carrying over sales from one business day to another and I'm not sure why. It is set to start the business day everymorning at 6am and to increment the business date at 6:30am but it still takes sales that are entered on checks between 11pm and 1am and reports them for the following date. If anyone can shed some light on why the systems is doing this and what I can do to correct the issue.

It sounds like you may have an autosequence running that's changing your date too early. Take a look through the 3700d.log file(s) and search for MICROS.sp_SetBusinessDate. You'll see the autosequence/step number and a timestamp.
