I am only generally familiar with Micros, but there are no dealers any where around, so I help where I can. A client had a brief power outtage. After everything was back up, one of the stations would give an error about 'serious error' and had to be shutdown. This morning, I ran a database backup and restore to rebuild the database pages. That seemed to fix the issue, no other changes were made anywhere in the pos system. Now, however, they get a message "credit authorization not enabled" when they try to run a card. I'm at a loss and have searched and searched with no result....
