My restaurant is participating in a charity drive and I have to change our receipts. I need to add verbiage to the bottom of the merchant and customer copies of our receipts. I know where to go to add the trailer to the closed copy, but I don't see any settings for configuring the customer/merchant copies. Last year, Oracle had added a line for donation that would print out on the merchant and customer copies - I went in and tried to enable it but nothing was added to the receipts. I am without a service contract for our Micros 3700 system, so any help is appreciated!!

Micros 3700 Receipt Configuration

If its one or two lines you can typically add it in the same spot in the descriptors, trailers. Should be one for CA Voucher Merchant and CA Voucher Customer. If you are using a third party though for credit debit they may using there interface to print these vouchers. You may need to contact them. If you have a fair bit of text or a barcode you can use a @@blurb and sim to print your info.
