Hi everyone. For a little while now I receive the Thread Exception Error when I go to Autosequence and Reports and attempt to print one of the pre-set reports under Autosequences like End of Day or End of Week. If go into Reports and manually open a report, I'm able to print that.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my printer drivers but nothing has helped. Any ideas?

restart the micros remoting service.
if it doesn't help set a administrator user (in the service). restart the whole server.
you can also set a delayed start to this service

Thank you very much Andreas. I'm sorry but my familiarity with Micros is fairly new. Would you mind letting me know how exactly to restart the micros remoting service? Is it that in the POS Configuration?

Hi jay,

open the windows services (RUN-services.msc), go to "Micros Remoting Service", set the Startuptype to "Automatic Delayed Start", switch to the Log On Tab and change from "Local System account" to "This Account".
Use a Account with Administration rights (some of my installations work with Administrator, some with an User with admin rights).

If this does not help. Micros is not good with PCL6 Drivers

Great thank you so very much. I made the changes and will see what happens tomorrow when it is supposed to auto print.
