Micros 3700 "IFS error status -20"

I got this error out of the blue "IFS error status -20". I then get "Network communications Failure sending to back up printer: backup journal" when I close a check.​

Is the local or Order device printer online and printing? There might be a printer that is tied to the Menu Item you are selling that isn't online any more.

Does this happen to all items that are ordered or just a few?
