Hi everyone. Corporate has added an item that all proceeds of it are sent as a donation to our corporate charity. As a result, I need to be able to add the item so that it doesn't count as being part of my sales including taxes.

The way corporate is setting this up in their POS system is to label the item as a Brand Donation but I'm not sure how to achieve this with Micros. From corporate: "In order to ensure we are collecting sales tax on the sale plus maintain the recording of these items for other accounting purposes, including the exclusion of these sales for calculating your royalty and advertising contributions, the PLU will be assigned as a Brand Donation. The $3 sales price of the cards therefore includes sales tax and will be set up as a “tax inclusive” item in the POS."

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
