Micros 3700 Programming a Tender

Help with tender key.

I know how to program the tender key....I am just not sure how to get it to show up on their reports

Needs to be attached to a tracking group on the reports...POSCONFIG, Reporting, Tracking Groups. You need to search these threads for how to update an in use tracking group. If you cant find it i can post it again.

To update in use tracking groups. (Dont do this while the system is in use!)
From the run line, type in dbisql then ENTER.
Type the username and password.
Type in the following SQL Statement:

update micros.trk_grp_def
set ob_grp_in_use='F'

Hit the commit button. You are now able to modify your tracking group.
Once any sales are entered the tracking groups will be locked again.

You may also need to modify the reports so the item being tracked is showing on those reports.
