Micros 3700 Printing/Tender Issue

I recently became the manager of a small bar/restaurant and noticed that when a bartender or any user rings an order into the system and then tenders the order by cash, credit card, whatever, the system will not print a receipt for the order. The bartenders and users must "Send" the order into the system first, then go back into the order so that they may tender the order so a receipt prints out. I was looking into the settings and could not figure out why this would be. Has anyone ever had this issue or know what setting might change it?

When you close a transaction without sending it first it is known as a "fast transaction". Fast Transactions are treated differently in many parts of the Micros system.
If you go into Pos Configurator -> Revenue Centre -> RVC Printing -> Options Tab -> Untick "print customer receipts on demand"

That did it! Thanks a lot for your help! Way easier than calling Micros and waiting 45 minutes for them to tell me they'll have someone call me back in a week or so!
