I recently became the manager of a small bar/restaurant and noticed that when a bartender or any user rings an order into the system and then tenders the order by cash, credit card, whatever, the system will not print a receipt for the order. The bartenders and users must "Send" the order into the system first, then go back into the order so that they may tender the order so a receipt prints out. I was looking into the settings and could not figure out why this would be. Has anyone ever had this issue or know what setting might change it?
