We have a Micros 3700 POS and we work with customer tickets printing only on demand, so just we print specific checks when the customer ask for (in our config the ticket closure has not printing, so we use reprinting function for this cases). We normally do reprints with a 2-step macro and it works very well:
1) Edit Review Order Verification
2) Print with tender media to print
But recently, we include gift card system and we're having issues to reprint tickets with gift cards movements (with service charge). Micros shows "not allowed with Non-Revenue Svc Chg".
Any idea to resolved it would be appreciated.
