Micros 3700 Printer Omits Items Randomly

I know for the 9700 system, if you bring up a check and add to it and then send the check again, it only prints out what was added. This is by design so there is no food waste.
Can you reproduce the problem?
What prints on the ticks is defined by the print class assigned to the menu items.
Find the burger or mod that was omitted and try and print it again. If its always missing them open the menu item configuration on the server and find this item and check its print class compared to an item which is printing correctly.
