We recently had a power outage, when power was restored, the printers stopped working. When going to each specific workstation, I was not able to run confidence tests (except in the IDN tab, where I could print test data directly to the printer).
I've reset the wires/systems/rebooted the system but it still is not printing remotely...what additional steps can I look to take to find the error and fix it? It's friday so it would be very nice to have it done by today, and can't seem to find a solution online
