Micros 3700 POS operations every 30 seconds workstation

Hey fellow Micros techs. I have a Micros 3700 ver 4.9. After rebooting the system today, it seems like all the workstations are flashing the 3700 POS Operations windows every 30 seconds or so and get the little blue scroll bar, it then soon disappears. I thought this should run in the background, but for some reason it is not. It pops up right in the middle of the screen and the servers can't use the workstation until it goes away. Anyone have any ideas? I did already try to reboot the server again, but same result.
