Micros 3700 POS Menu Display Disappearing

I am having some trouble with my Micros 3700 POS system, and I am fairly new to this system.

When an employee goes to ring in an order and chooses the main category, say "Burgers", the options pop up on the screen. After they choose an option to order, the rest of the options disappear making ordering multiple items difficult as they have to go back into "Burgers" and then chose the next item to order every time.

It did not do this before, and I can not find where to make the options stay on the screen so we do not have to go back into the main category for every item that needs to be ordered on the same check.

The Class for the Burgers has an option called "Stay Down", you need to uncheck this and it will go back to the original screen.
