Micros 3700 POS : Digital persona finger print reader setup

Hi,

I am stuck on setup of Finger print reader setup in MICROS RES 3700 POS. Device is up and running. While I tried to scan my finger through SDK it is working but in MICROS Server, when I am trying to enroll employee through POS Configurator, nothing is happening on screen.
Thanks is advance for any kind of help.
