Micros 3700 - POS Configurator - How to change product prices?

Hello,

A somewhat new-user to Micros 3700.
We have had the system for a while, but up until now this has been fully supported & maintained by Micros.

That support has now ended as we are planning to move over to NCR Aloha to fit the rest of our estate.

We are currently mid-way through the transition, but some products need their prices updating. I have attained the credentials to log in as the account Micros used, but it doesn't appear to have permissions to edit prices.

I have checked under security permissions but cannot find an option for changing prices.

Could anybody please assist?

Hi,

first check the Configurator Access (your Employee Class ==> All Fomrs ==> Allow all). Be carefull and only allow manager users.
If you don't have th Permrission for this check your Backoffice Class.

If you have the Permissions go to Sales - Menu Items - Prices
