Micros 3700 Override Credit Card Batch

One of my CC batch is stocked and blocks the rest of the batches.

Do someone know how to override a credit card batch using Regedit ?

I found my batch but cant figure out out to override it.

When i call merchant link they are asking to pay $300 for the service.

Look under the History registry key for your batch #.
Create a new value at the batch # level (where it shows BatchNumber and LastAttemptNumber) called Override as DWORD, set it to 1. That will flag it to go again during the next settlement run.
