We have our system to automatically clock out employees at 4:00AM if they fail to clock out during the day. We then later attempt to change the clock out time to the actual time the employee should have entered. However, we are receiving an error indicating that the time card overlaps with another time card. We tried changing the time and date but get the same error. Has anyone experience this and know how to fix it?

yes.. I have seen this. if the time clock out change was done for a future date. Look for the employee time card and make sure the employee has not been set to clock out in the future. if that doesnt work post back.
