Today began to manifest a problem with a WS6 Micros.

Currently in a Store there are 3 terminals on the Counter and 2 on Drive-Thru. Suddenly the Drive-Thru Cashier Micros got hung up. Only the OPS, this did not affect windows.

It restarted and the same thing happened again, the closure of the App was forced and continued to happen.

Subsequently, the CAL was reconfigured and everything worked normally for 2 or 3 transactions and was hung up again.

Drive-Thru equipment was exchanged with a counter and reconfigured. The one that I passed to the Drive-Thru worked without problems and the one that moved to the Counter continued with the fault, which indicates that the problem is not in the configuration but in the equipment.

The CAL RES 5 for Win32 clients was reinstalled again and the computer was reconfigured from scratch and still happening.

in Log 3700d I don't see any error. I already raised the Verbosity to 10 of several indicators in the micros control panel and I don't see any relevant flaws. Windows works without problems which makes me think that it is not a hardware problem such as memory or processing. The only thing that fails is the App OPS.EXE

The only thing I find is in the Event Viewer of the team the following:

Fault bucket , type 0
Event Name: AppHangB1
