Hi

We have an operational problem where when it gets really busy sometimes staff forget to redeem deposits already paid.
What the manager would like to do is open the tables, put the check into a negative amount (to the value of the paid deposit) so this way the staff can continue to add items to check and all will be good

At the moment, when I open a check (with nothing on it) and I use the deposit redeem button, it will then automatically cash it off to the value of the deposit redeemed. Is there anyway to setup a Tender that will allow a negative amount on the check?

Figured this out
[ol 1]
[li]Add temp menu item that is greater than the deposit amount to be redeemed e.g €5000[/li]
[li]Put in Deposit redeem, e.g €500[/li]
[li]Void off temp menu item, check is now in negative to the value of deposit redeem [/li]
[/ol]
