Micros 3700 - Open Check Stuck

I have two outstanding checks that are stuck and I am having issue removing. I used, CALL micros.sp_forcechkclose() and it removed it from the open checks that the user can see in the workstation but they are still showing up in the reporting.

Any ideas on how to remove it?

You wont be able to. If your balance is off do a new check and void off the corresponding items....
