MICROS 3700 OCB not working with decimals

Hi,
I have 1 store with OCB. The store was set up to use decimals and the OCB would work, but now that we took the decimals out of the POS the OCB has stopped working.
When an item is selected form the POS and sent to the OCB, the OCB errors out and the service stops.
Why are decimals affectging the OCB?

The error is a popup:
OCB.EXE

OCB.EXE
ArgumentOutOfRangeException
an error message cannot be displayed becuase an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found.
