Hello, y'all! I swear you're my last shot. We're running a restaurant and just recently we experienced some electrical issues that fried all of our USB RJ45 connectors. Fixed all that, now I can only print the end of the day/week/month/payroll reports manually. Before they were automatically generated and printed every night at 3AM sharp (or whenever we had them scheduled).
Tried to connect it to the second printer, set that one as default everywhere, still nothing, manual printing works - autosequence fails.
Removed, then re-installed the old printer, restarted the computer 300 times, still nothing. I'm 100% sure that the defaults are set properly.
I also read in one of the threads that it might be a good idea to login as Microsscv user and try to fix it from there but it's not letting me in. Also tried this stupid thing and renamed the other printer to try to fool the system and get it to print, which WORKED but also for manual printing, haven't generated ONE and of the day report in 2 weeks.
So here I am begging for help.
The printer is Brother HL L2380DW.
We're running micros on WindowsServer2008R2 Standard edition.
