Hello everyone , I have a mistake while entering a sheet count in PM . The error is: no items to count in this task.

As I can solve it?

tanks!

Close or cancel the count. Then add the items needed need to the count task. Count again. Is it giving you another error??

NO, THIS IS THE ONLY ERROR . BUT NOT ENTER NO LET ME COUNT SHEET , always gives me the same error

Typically you get that error when you are trying to do a count task that has no items assigned to the count. Can you confirm you have items to count on your list? PM > SETUP > INVENTORY COUNT TASKS > MODIFY. See what is listed to be counted. If its a list you may need to update your list. Easiest way to ensure it works is use inventory items as your items to count. Not a cost group nor item list. Some times you can have the same count task show up in this list multiple times. Choose the most recent counted one.

I create a list in a single article but still follows the error

Try using an inventory item....not a list. Also I am pretty sure there are times the item has to be received before you can count it.
Next option would be trying to make a new count task with the item you want to count. Also ensure there are no other counts in progress or suspended counts.

i find this in the dbconsole:

*DB EXCEPTION*[Inventory Engine] Error -185 occurred in speo_inven_get_trans_ilcg. See below for more information ...
