Hello,
We have a location with two bars, a restaurant, and a coffee bar.
Drink orders are set to go to bar 1 from workstations 1,2, and 3. The remaining workstations (4,5,6,) send drinks to bar 2. If bar 2 is closed (Slow business), then the backup is bar 1 (Redirected).
First problem: all drink orders go-to bar 2 regardless of the order settings under the workstation. This causes the bartenders to double the drinks. I have checked the order setting for stations 1,2,3 and they do not have Bar 2 as an order printer. Ticket open with Oracle with no success. I confirmed there aren't any duplicate IPs causing the issue.
Second Problem: The coffee bar workstation is receiving orders from the pool bar printer (When offline). There is no coffee bar order printer defined.
Any help would be great.
Thank you.
