Micros 3700 Multiple Service Charges on a Revenue Center

I'm trying to get a 2nd service charge to flow through to opera. Changing the menu item class changed the sales bucket in opera but the service charge still goes to the 1st service charge bucket. Anyone know how to assign multiple service charges on a menu item class?

There is only one auto service charge defined, but additional service charges can be applied by manually pressing the service charge button associated with the service charge you are trying to apply.

Thanks!! The issues I'm having is getting multiple services charges that have been rung in on the 3700 POS to flow through to the Opera PMS. I think the IFC is only allowing 2 service charges to flow through.

If you are using standard interface (rather than enhanced) it is sending two, one is the service charge total - keyboard entered, the other is the service charge total - automatic.

We are on the enhanced version. Is it possible I don't have the latest version of the ifc application?

Is it possible this is in my PMS1.isl file? When I open it up I am unable to read it.
