Micros 3700 Multiple Gratuities

Hello I'm trying to set up a second gratuities for parties 10 or more for 10%, or used at our discretion doesn't have to be 10.

We currently have a 20% button right now that works for tabs left open/walked tabs/etc.

However I have literally duplicated it with a button in the POS and same settings and just changed the name and percentage to 10% however when using the button it says "NO SALES TO SERVICE CHARGE". I've read over the Micros Manual and searched and tried everything!! What am I doing wrong?? Thank you so much.

Make sure your itemizers boxes are checked on the options tab. Make sure the key is linked correctly on touchscreen designer.

I've never checked an itemizer box before for the 20% one? Is this something I need to click for a second one? Thank you so much

Yes. You check the itemizer in the service charge section and link it to the menu item class that the service charge should be going on. Usually its all of them unless you have gift cards or similar you want to exclude from the service charge.
