Micros 3700 - Menu Level Difficulty in One RVC

Hi all,

My restaurant is set up with 4 different menu levels for all liquor items (single, double, HH single, HH double). It is not set with any time-restricted auto level change. This works for us.

However, in the Room Service RVC (and not any others), I am unable to get the "double", "HH single", and "HH double" menu level prefixes to print to the bartender. For example, a host could ring in a Double Titos, the price would change for the host (and look correct on the workstation), but the ticket that prints to the bar simply says "Titos". I have no idea why this would be, especially since this exclusively happens in a particular RVC.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

Can you expand on how specifically you are entering the words for HH single HH Double. Also are there any order types in play here or are you certain its only a change in revenue center? Also im assuming this is working correctly in a different revenue center right ?

Order types shouldn't be the issue, because multiple order types (begin table, check ID, to-go) work just fine in other RVC's. The only thing that should be different about the room service RVC is the auto-grat of 20% applied to all tickets.

As far as ringing in liquor items, we have function keys (labeled single, double, HH single, HH double) that will change the menu level, and respective price, of any of our liquor items. The function key is hit before selecting the item (e.g. double, then tito's). The menu level will change and the price is correct, but for some reason it won't print correctly to the bar.

Cheers,

Emily
