micros 3700/list of sql commands

If you are using MS SQL, you can use SQL commands in the query window. What exactly/specifically are you wanting?
If you don't have any experience (even beginner) with MS SQL, I wouldn't try updating/deleting (or any modifications) of your Database, because you can really screw it up and or cause issues or brick your system). The only thing I could suggest at this point is to do simple queries.
