Micros 3700 Landscape Printing

Does anyone know how to change Micros 3700 reports to print in landscape mode instead of portrait mode by default?

you cant. I think this is a defect on the software.

If you change the printer to print to landscape then you select a report to print and you tell it to print without previewing it, it will print on lanscape but if you preview it and then try to print it will cause the page to print on portrait.

Set the printing preferences in windows to landscape. The report layout is kind of fidgety sometimes, but all of our stores are set up this way and I can preview/print reports correctly.

make sure your printer is installed correctly and selected as default under windows before you do anything.
