Micros 3700 - Labor hours not showing on Daily Sales report

When i first started using the Micros system 6 years ago, the labor hours were reflected in the Daily SYS Sales Detail report. I was able to view my labor percentage any time. Then it just quit showing the hours and percentages. Just shows zeros. All other labor tools and reports work but not the connection of labor as a percentage of sales. Any ideas?
