Last night over night the KDS screen froze. So we rebooted it. When it came back up, the bump bar was completely non-functional, so we can't clear any tickets from the screen or navigate the screen. I checked all the connections, tried both usb ports, took the bump bar apart to check the connections inside. We also rebooted everything multiple times. I called Oracle, and the said someone would call us back, but never did.
