Micros 3700 Journals

Can these be saved as a text or excell or csv file. So I can read them in a spread sheet program.

The micros journals are saved in a standard txt file format but just have the extention of .jnl by default.

If you want to have them save as a .txt file then you can change the name of the journal in the Pos Configurator

Poscfg -> devices -> devices -> select the journal from the list and on the "Printer definition" tab you have the directory and file name that it saves.

Note: If you change the extention or directory you will have to update the journal collection steps to take account of the new extention.
