My Micros E7 WS4 keeps saying there is a Journal Print Error. I compared it to a system at my other restaurant and the working micros has the journal sending to “file” the non working micros is sending it to comm 5. When I look in the drop down menu “File” is not an option. What do I do to stop these errors?
