Micros 3700 Issue with Order types

I have now created a bunch of new order types for skip, door dash etc.

2 out of my 5 are working great but for some reason when I choose any of the the other 3 and ring in an item it is automaticallly changing my fries to mashed and my drink to milk in my combo meals.

Anyone ever seen this before or know how I can fix it?

I have checked order types, Tenders, Macros, Smart Keys and I don't see any differences.
