Micros 3700 ISL Query

I need to be able to post payments from a custom-loyalty system.

I found out how to write DLLs and connect with them from ISL (micros 3700). What I need to know is how to grab a payment from Micros and if my DLL says OK then I post it in Micros.

Any examples?
