Hi! Management is interested in doing comparisons of different products that do tableside ordering(and potentially EMV credit cards). We are using Micros 3700, and are not willing to move away from the POS system. Obviously there are the Micros tablets, and I'm currently investigating Table Crunch's POYNT but beyond that I'm not finding any other 3rd party products. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for third party devices that integrate with 3700? (I know the forum rules forbid promoting, but for what it's worth, I'm perfectly fine with it here. )

Micros 3700 Integrated Tableside Ordering / EMV

For table side ordering you can do pretty much any win 32 tablet. For the EMV part, just get a bluetooth or wifi EMV device that is integrated with Micros. You can work with Merchant Link to get those and they work through their Transaction Link dongles for the integration portion.

Oh, also, this is an interesting device for pay at the table. Doesn't help with ordering at the table though.
We don't use them, but I've seen it used and thought it interesting. Can't speak to how well they work.
