Micros 3700 how to apply course menus??

Hi, Im trying to set up a course menu ,I already set it up in the POS configurator, Im just wondering how do I actually apply it ?
do I have to create a SLU or something like that??
any advise on how to do that?

Hi,

Courses are part of FIXED PRICE MEALS. And each course must have its own MENU ITEM CLASS that says what course a particular dish belongs to.
You also have to enable SEAT HANDLING, and add buttons for adding the course to a particular seat.
How things print in the kitchen depends on how the ORDER DEVICE is setup (kitchen) in regards to sorting, consolidation & order.
You may have to reload or restart the server to enable the seat handling. See how you go and let us know where you get stuck
