Micros 3700 Happy Hour: Buy 2 get 1 free

Hello,
I am currently trying to set up a happy hour menu for our restaurant. the guest will get 1 free when buy 2 .
Do you have any tip or ideas to config this happy hour, please share it to me.

Under POS Config-Sales-Discounts you can set up a Quantity Threshold type discount. Set the trigger qty to 2 and award qty to 1. Award type to percent off; obviously set this to 100.

You'll have to define your MI sets to include whatever this should apply to. There's a couple other settings you can tweak as well to determine if it combines with other specials. The manual has a pretty good entry on all this.
