Micros 3700, Error receiving EM packages

Hi guys, i'm getting this error trying to receive an EM package on a local store:

Please truncate the eventlog.xml, try and run the receive again, and then post the eventlog.xml content here.

It'll be located in D:\Micros\res\em\etc
