Hi all,
Our Epson TM 80 II printer using OPOS driver in micros 3700 5.4/windows 7 pro running slow while printing a receipt comparing WS4 with the same printer, especially with the credit card transaction where the system prints two receipts; 1. credit card receipt with CC confirmation info and 2. order detail information.
We noticed that 2nd receipt with order detail takes almost 30-40 seconds delay.
Any tips or ideas, please?
