micros 3700- Encrypted PMS file

Hi All,
In our new store, our PSO system, Windows 7, has this PMS file which performs certain functions. But we need to change some information as it does not relate to new ownership of the store.
The previous owner does not know who did this for him.
How do I decrypt the file so that we can make appropriate changes?

you can try openig the .isl file with notepad.
if that doesnt work the the file has been encrypted and only the person who encrypted it can open it.
